Through serving on the board of the association, Oscar hopes to take the long-term development of Hong Kong flying disc sports to the next level. He aims to advance both grassroots participation and elite athlete training simultaneously, ensuring that the two go hand in hand and reinforce each other.

Oscar firmly believes that only by embracing diverse opinions with an open mind, driving continuous improvement with a practical and evidence-based approach, and working closely with all stakeholders, can we innovate on a foundation of sound governance. This will lead the association and flying disc sports toward a more professional, dynamic, and influential future.

DUSTIN CIARLA

As a seasoned member of the China Hong Kong Women's Dodge Disc Team—having competed in all four of the team's major tournaments—and a professional coach who has led a secondary school team to the Inter-School Championship, she brings proven expertise.

Demonstrating her commitment, Eska assembled the only all-female team for the 2024 Dodge Disc Championship to prove women's capabilities and promote single-gender events.
