Youth Sports Exchange Program 2025-26

What an amazing experience we had in Malaysia from November 27 to 30, 2025!

 

20 members of the Hong Kong, China Dodge Disc and Ultimate Representative Team took part in an unforgettable Youth Sports Exchange Program in Malaysia.

We had an incredible time introducing dodge disc to new friends and competing in spirited Ultimate Frisbee matches against the Malaysian team. The program was a valuable learning experience, giving us the chance to share techniques and pick up new strategies on the field. Above all, embracing the true spirit of teamwork and sportsmanship made every session exciting and meaningful.

A huge thank you to @myfda for the incredible hospitality and for making this exchange so memorable! The friendships we built and the lessons we shared on the field will stay with us.  Here's to many more exchanges ahead! 🥏🤝
