The Board of Directors election of the Flying Disc Federation of Hong Kong, China, will take place during the 2026 Annual General Meeting (FDFHKC Annual Dinner) on Friday, May 8, 2026. The election will be held from 17:30 to 18:45 at the Golden Lilies Banquet Hall, 14/F, MegaBox, Kowloon Bay.
We would like to thank the following directors for their incredible commitment and dedicated service over the years, who will be stepping down at the conclusion of this term: Mr. Calvin K. Cheng (鄭偉邦先生), Mr. Jeffrey Lo Chi Wai (盧知威先生), Mr. Jason Cancel, Ms. Eska Lau Lok Man (劉樂雯小姐), Ms. Mel Dol, and Mr. Joshua Peter Keil.

Board of Directors Election Procedure
For the upcoming term, the following positions are vacant:

－ One director specializing in Ultimate Frisbee
－ Two directors specializing in Dodge Disc
－ Three directors (General Position)

The terms for these positions will last until the 2028 AGM.

Candidates intending to run for the board of directors of the Flying Disc Federation of Hong Kong, China must select one discipline that wish to run for either Ultimate Frisbee or Dodge Disc. According to the voting results, two director specializing in Ultimate Frisbee and one directors specializing in Dodge Disc will be selected first. Two directors at large will be chosen in order of the number of votes received.

Nomination Qualifications
To be eligible for nomination, individuals must meet the following criteria:
  • Should be members of FDFHKC
  • Should be residing in Hong Kong.
  • Should be at least 18 years old on the day of AGM.

If you're interested in running for the Board, please submit the application form to admin@fdfhkc.com or mail it to our office by 12:00 noon on March 30, 2026. Indicate "2026 Board Election Application Form" on the envelope.

Candidates who wish to run for a position should carefully read and understand the Responsibilities of FDFHKC Board of Directors.
